Browns fans’ confidence drops to 64% heading into Week 2; and more NFL fans think Cincinnati will win

As always, Cleveland’s expectations are high to begin the season.

The second week of SB Nation Reacts voting is in, heading into Week 2 of the NFL season. If you haven’t signed up to vote each week, you can do so here.

The week-to-week confidence meter among Browns fans dropped 27%, from 91% last week to 64% this week. Because Cleveland is featured on Thursday Night Football this week, Reacts also polled the national audience of NFL fans of who they predict will win: Cleveland or Cincinnati. 56% of fans think the Bengals will win. That goes to show you what perception the Browns have right now on a national scale.

There were two other national polls. The first one asked fans which game they were most looking forward to, and the Patriots vs. Seahawks game on Sunday Night Football easily took the top spot for Week 2. Regarding fantasy football, this is the first year in over a decade that I didn’t play in a fantasy football league — not for any particular reason. Nonetheless, I also voted for Mitchell Trubisky, although quarterbacks aren’t always the fantasy studs when it comes to points.
