Browns’ Week 1 depth chart, featuring the 53-man roster

The Cleveland Browns released their first depth chart of the regular season on Monday, leading up to their Week 1 match-up against the Baltimore Ravens.

The team always refers to it as an “unofficial” depth chart, so nothing should be taken as being locked in. Here are the things of note from the depth chart:

• Everything looks pretty normal, except for one thing that jumps out big time: Harrison Bryant is listed as the No. 2 tight end, while David Njoku is listed as the No. 3 tight end. Stephen Carlson is listed as the No. 4 guy, but I didn’t want to have to create a fourth column.
• The other area I looked at was kick and punt return, where JoJo Natson is listed first. The other candidates are D’Ernest Johnson and Donovan Peoples-Jones. Speaking of Peoples-Jones, he’s listed as either fifth or sixth on the receiving depth chart at the moment.
• From an injury perspective, cornerback is obviously the big position to keep an eye on, since three of the top players at the position are coming off of injuries.
