A phenomenal coverage guy who is suspect with tackling. Very competitive spirit and can get up to the catch point and win. Has good size and length with a stocky frame. Has very good ball skills and was a three-year starter in a tough conference. His father is former New Orleans Saints receiver Joe Horn. Has the athletic skills needed to shut down receivers with physicality at the line of scrimmage his mantra. Will develop into the cornerback which will take on the other team’s best receiver all game. Premier press-man corner.

Expert Draft Site Analysis

Teams just appear a bit hesitant to challenge him in the passing game, rarely being tested down the field. Ball production is going to be the area that Horn will need to answer the question marks, something that he quieted some in his limited sample size during the 2020 season. Horn has the type of athletic profile and pedigree to hear his name in the first round. With his combination of size, physicality, smoothness and alignment versatility, Horn is the type of versatile playmaker that teams value big-time on the back end.
