Below is an attempt by me to identify players who may fit the Browns scheme or fit trends I have identified in their past player acquisitions. Obviously AB hasn’t been doing this that long and I am no expert so take this with a sizeable grain of salt. Hopefully, I get some of these right so I do not look incredibly stupid.

Running Back- The only RB the Browns have drafted is Felton the other backs on the roster were inherited by this regime. Stef likes to target Hunt in the pass game and gave targets to Felton. Look for RBs who can factor in the passing game.

Fits- Rachaad White, Max Borghi, Kyren Williams, James Cook ,Tyler Badie

Non Fits- Tyler Allegier, De’Vonte Price , Abram Smith

Wide receiver- The seem to value athletic traits over more polished players. Ex DPJ over Kj Hiil and Hodgins , Schwartz over St.Brown

Fits- Danny Gray, Christian Watson, Calvin Austin, Alec Pierce, Kevin Austin Jr

Non Fits- Justyn Ross, Kyle Phillips, John Metchie, Josh Johnson, Javon Haliegh, David Bell

Tight Ends-Not sure Stef has met a TE he didn’t like. However, we do seem to like players who can be versatile in alignment Pure in line players may not fit.

Non Fits- Daniel Bellinger, Jake Ferguson, Cade Otton

OL- Movement skills, players who can block in space

Fits- Zach Tom, Tyler Linderbaum, Braxton Jones, Zion Johnson, Can Jurgens, Donovon West, Jason Poe, Cole Strange

Non-Fits- Cordell Volson, Sean Rhyan, Tyler Smith, Jamaree Slayer, Chris Paul

Edge- Edge players with speed and bend Ex. Winovich, Taak or players that can kick down to the inside in nickle ex, Clowney, Clayborn

Fits- Nik Bonitto, Drake Jackson, Boye Mafe, Deangelo Malone, Amare Barno, Cam Thomas, David Ojabo, Josh Paschal, Sam Williams

Non Fits- Myjai Sanders, George Karlaftis, Kingsley Enagbare, Michael Clemons

IDL- Players with some theoretical pass rushing upside. Outside of the Billings signing the other interior additions have had some pass rushing upside and weren’t pure run down players Elliot over leki foku, Togai over Nixon. Signing Jackson, Mcdowell, Taven Bryan.
