Browns injury: Defender ruled out after halftime

Anthony Walker went out in the first half, ruled out in the 2nd half

The Cleveland Browns took a 7-0 lead over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. Injuries were a huge story coming into the game and continued as the game went on. DE Myles Garrett missed a few plays after seemingly getting poked in the eye.

Then, LB Anthony Walker Jr. went to the locker room with trainers after playing in punt coverage:

A few plays later, the team announced the injury:

As the second half opened, Walker was ruled out for the rest of the game:

RB Jaylen Warren had a huge run in the third quarter to get the Steelers on the board. Walker’s absence may have played a role there.

With Walker out, Sione Takitaki will take his role as the playcaller. Cleveland is already without safety Juan Thornhill.
