The Cleveland Browns have promoted practice squad punter Matt Haack and kicker Riley Patterson to the active roster in the wake of Dustin Hopkins and Corey Bojorquez’s injury designations for tonight’s game against the New York Jets.
Hopkins was ruled out while Bojorquez was listed as doubtful for tonight’s game. While HC Kevin Stefanski discussed “week to week” with the injuries, that Bojorquez had a chance to play tonight is a sign that he could be back in time for Week 18.
The hope is that Hopkins could return in time for a playoff game.
