Watch Myles Garrett get held, almost get a safety and still get the sack

Garrett took control of the game for the Browns defense

The Cleveland Browns have controlled the game against the Tennessee Titans and its started with the team’s defense. DE Myles Garrett led the way, adding another sack (3.5 total) in the 4th quarter.

As the highlight shows, the Titans blocker held Garrett around the neck while in the endzone but he still gets the sack:
